Pick up at 7:00 AM from your Nairobi hotel and proceed to Sirimon Gate (2,440m). Begin the trek through the forest and heathland, arriving at Judmier Camp (3,300m) for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, continue trekking across Ontulili River, through moorlands and Mackinders Valley with spectacular views of Mount Kenya’s peaks. Arrive at Shipton Camp (4,200m) for dinner and overnight.
Spend the day acclimatizing with a hike to Kami Hut and the beautiful Hauseberg Lakes (Hauseberg Tarn and Nanyuki Tarn). Return to Shipton Camp for dinner and overnight.
Depart at 3:00 AM and ascend to Point Lenana (4,985m) in time for sunrise. Descend to Mintos Hut for breakfast and continue to Mount Meru Bandas (2,950m) for dinner and overnight.
Descend through the forest to Chogoria Village where you will connect with your transfer vehicle back to Nairobi.
